1 to 3 lemon juice to water 1 teaspoon sucralose per 450 ml of solution (or just generally until sweet enough)


Old recipe

11 fl.oz sugar 40 fl.oz water 1 tbsp grated lemon zest 14 fl.oz lemon

  • Juice lemons
  • Grate the tbsp of zest
  • Put all the sugar and 8 floz of water and the zest, slow boil until sugar is absorbed
  • Remove from heat
  • Put in all the lemon juice and water
  • Refridgerate it
